There will be NO Children's Liturgy of the Word (C.L.O.W.) at the 10:30 AM Mass this weekend. The last C.L.O.W. session will take place next weekend, June 15th at the 10:30 AM Mass at OLV Campus.
What is Pentecost?
Pentecost is a glorious conclusion to Easter time. During Pentecost, we commemorate the descent of the Holy Spirit upon us. Learn the origin, customs, and ways we celebrate today in the short video below.

We celebrate the great feast of Pentecost THIS SUNDAY, June 8th, when the apostles received the Holy Spirit and spoke in many tongues so that all could hear and understand the Good News.
We will be celebrating the diversity of our parish by offering a Multicultural Mass at the 12:30 PM Mass at our OLV campus, immediately followed by a potluck luncheon, which will allow us to share in the various cultures represented at Our Lady of Victory Parish. ALL ARE WELCOME! We hope you will join us!

All High Schoolers are invited to our next High School Hang Out consisting of fun and games THIS FRIDAY, June 6.
We'll meet in OLV's Religious Ed Center (church basement) after Holy Hour.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR INVOLVEMENT
If you have recently experienced the loss of a loved one, consider joining GriefShare. This 13-week support group offers insights into what to expect in the coming days and what is considered “normal” in the grieving process. Recognizing that grief does not follow a neat or orderly path, you will learn valuable coping strategies for navigating its unpredictability while receiving steadfast support throughout your journey. GriefShare is a Christian, Bible-based program that features a weekly video, group discussions, and a workbook activity exploring various aspects of grief. While it is not affiliated with any specific religion, the program emphasizes turning to God for guidance during challenging times.

Our Lady of Victory will be offering an in-person program from September 4, 2025 through December 4, 2025 on Thursday mornings 10:00 am – 12 noon.

Mother's Day to Father's Day
The OLV Respect Life Committee will have a Baby Bottle Shower to benefit the pro-life efforts of Women's Center West. They provide free services such as pregnancy tests and sonograms. Please take a bottle and fill it with change, cash or checks made payable to Women's Center West and return to church by Father's Day weekend. Your financial contributions help provide life affirming solutions to those with unplanned pregnancies. Thank you, your support is greatly appreciated.

- We accept donations of clean, gently used clothing and shoes for distribution at Pantry; our neighbors especially appreciate casual, washable clothing (e.g., jeans, t-shirts).
- We also accept clean, usable housewares (e.g., dishes, cooking utensils, linens).
- Donations may be dropped off Monday though Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Center’s office, located behind the church off St. Benedict Street.

We are feeding 50 families every week and the incoming donations can not keep up with the demand. If everyone donates a few items each week, we can make sure we have enough for those in need!
